Rate Limits
Requests over a limit return 429 Too Many Requests with Retry-After. Wait that many seconds, then retry the same request. Add jitter if many workers retry at once.

Processing Capacity
Your organization processes up to 50 documents at a time unless agreed otherwise. A larger batch is accepted on submit, and its documents start as capacity frees up. Watch counts.pending fall as documents start. Test mode uses the same cap.
