Versioning​

The version is in the path, /v1. New response fields and new optional parameters can be added to /v1 at any time, so ignore fields you do not recognize. Breaking changes ship in a new version, and the old version returns Deprecation and Sunset headers before it is retired.

2026-10-09​

The Batch API is available.

  • OAuth 2.0 client credentials, with a client secret or a private key JWT.
  • Batches: create, list, get, submit, cancel, and delete.
  • Documents: inline text, and file uploads up to 25 MiB.
  • Results: entity pages, an NDJSON stream per batch, and a FHIR Bundle per document.
  • Entity confidence: high, medium, or low.
  • FHIR R4 server at /fhir/R4 for live clients.
  • Test clients with simulated processing and fixture results.
